Do you offer customization?
Yes — most hard parts (yokes, clusters, trims) can be customised in leather colour, stitching and finish. Email alvis@tespek.com with your spec and we'll quote within 24 hours. Custom orders add 7-14 days to dispatch.
What is your after-sales policy?
Every product carries a 2-year replacement warranty. If anything fails under normal use, we ship a new unit — you don't need to return the old one first. Wear items (trims, shades) are covered for 12 months.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to 60+ countries via DHL, FedEx and UPS. Orders over $99 ship free; below that, a flat $12 applies. Typical transit is 5-9 business days.
Will this void my Tesla warranty?
No. Every Tespek harness is fully reversible and does not modify factory wiring. Under Magnuson-Moss (US) and equivalent consumer law elsewhere, a dealer must prove our part caused a failure before denying warranty coverage.
How hard is the install?
Most parts install in under 30 minutes with the trim tools included in the box. Every SKU has a step-by-step video guide on the product page. If you get stuck, our engineers are on live chat 7 days a week.
Can I return a part I don't like?
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked. The part needs to be in resalable condition with original packaging. Custom-colour orders are final sale.
